Eine wunderschön restaurierte B. James Kennet Perfection 11'6'' sucht einen neuen Besitzer.
Eine ausführliche englische Beschreibung:
"In the Kennet Perfection you have a rod which has been designed from start to finish specially for the long- trotting enthusiast, whether he fish for the quick-biting roach or the willy chub.
On all strong flowing rivers, and in weir pools, where heavier float tackle is required, the Kennet Perfection will cast perfectly, and give full control of line over long distances. It is the ideal rod for searching the eddies and overhung banks of typical chub water and it is quite capable of holding big barbel in a strong stream.
Built with an easier action than the ordinary fishing rod, it is yet quick and responsive to the strike and gives the angler confident mastery of any specimen fish he may encounter. Its rapid pick-up of a long line is one of its most remarkable characteristics. Light, powerful and well balanced, the Kennet Perfection has been well tried and tested on several fisheries and has justified its name in the very perfection of its performance.

Eine tolle Rute mit Originalfutteral. Die full stand-off intermediate Ringe wurden durch low bell Ringe ersetzt, neu gewickelt und lackiert.
Die Länge der Rute wird mit 11’6“ angegeben, zusammengesteckt ist sie etwas länger, genauer gesagt 357 cm.
Den Griff habe ich nicht geschrubbt, sondern original belassen. Kann man aber mit der schwarzen Seite eines Küchenschwammes und ein wenig Spülmittel machen, falls man ihn heller haben möchte.
Die Rute hat eine schöne progressive Aktion und ist z.B. für Döbel, Schleien, Barben und nicht allzu große Karpfen geeignet.
